The location is absolutely great. In close proximity to the best restaurants and all the bars! Price was okay, I'm not asking too much, but the bathroom was definitely not cleaned before we checked in.

Very tasty pizza. The table reservation didn't work out so well, but the staff was very nice.

After 20 minutes of non-compliance by three waitresses, this location was done for us. There are definitely friendlier places in Bamberg to get a good meal.

If you want to wait 20 minutes for a glass of wine and hang out with bad-tempered waiters, this is the place for you. Especially when the restaurant is only half full.

Pizza with very thick batter and tasteless. Lasagne for 10.50 just an outrageously small portion. Go home hungry.

Been there for 2 days for trial work. You can't feel much more exploited. I think I did very well, but it was said goodbye after the second day without a thank you. Boss said he will answer. Nothing came, not even a call to cancel. Too bad. I will definitely not eat there.

Super delicious, very friendly. At the end of the day, children were given gummy bears. Prices are totally okay. Pizza very cheap. I can only recommend. ☺️

Pizza ok, but: 1. Waiting time for service very long, despite little traffic 2. Service unpleasant, some get cutlery, others not. The bill cannot be requested.

Child friendly Italian. High chairs and painting supplies for children are available. A small outdoor area in the pedestrian zone, which I think is very nice, but only possible for up to three people. Food and drinks are normal price, the portions "a bit smaller". The pizza (mozzarella) was delicious. Unfortunately there are no children's meals.

Very nice shop! Was there the first time food tasted very good! Service also great ... I can only recommend it! If we are back in Bamberg we will be happy to come back ....

Nie wieder! The food was completely immune. We got pizza (somehow it was eaten because we were hungry) while the gorgonzola pens were awful and immune obviously because they were already boiled hours before and not the moment we ordered. The waiter was indifferent, ungrateful and unsmiling, he never asked if we liked him or even picked up the dishes. Of course we will not come again but we will not recommend this store to anyone. Service 0/10 say 0/10.

We were here in the restaurant. There were enough places. The prices are not too high considering the location, but the price / performance ratio is somehow wrong. The food was good, but not particularly good. And we had to wait very long.

Half of our Globus tour group took a break from all the German food and headed into this cute Italian ristorante for lunch today and unanimously loved it. Their lunch prices were under $7 and very generous portions. The pizza and lasagna we ate were really good. Mine was Al forno and came out bubbling and perfect, not mushy or broken up at all. Great experience and the waitress spoke English, which is a huge plus for us tourists.

Very noisy at night since it’s in pedestrian zone and drunk people scream at night. Especially weekends and holidays. No breakfast and thus pretty expensive.

One of the worst experience ever. We have ordered Calamari diavolo, Tuna streak and minestra di vitello. First the waiter baffled the soup with vitello tonatto und brought us a second dish instead of soup. At least he took it back and we didn't have to pay. Then he brought our dishes. The tuna was overcooked, and very firm. I got tired just chewing it the other dish, spicy calamari and octopus...they were pure rubber. Very overcooked. We had had a lot of sea fruit in Italy and Greece, so we know how they should be cooked. Too bad that the side salads were really good. At the end we gave them feedback and they offered us a free espresso to "balance" the inconvenient. We refused because this is not how you treat clients. Not even a single apology. I think the waiters know the food is not so good and probably this happens frequently. Haven't tried any other dish there, but i think they should stick to basics like pizza and pasta

Delicious italian dishes, but the star of the show is definitely the waitstaff. Max was especially endearing. He made dinner so much fun with a few magic tricks & lots of laughs. The rigatoni al forno is fabulous!

Nice food, nice location and friendly staff

Lovely pizza carcciofi and good selection of wines. Salad dishes are very well served too!! Besides, it's in the heart of Bamberg's old town. Definitely recommend :)

We had a pleasant meal in the heart of Bamberg. Casa Italia Bamberg is certainly worth a visit.

Ate here 17 JAN 14. The Bruschetta left a lot to be desired, the bread was not toasted, no taste of garlic and the topping was mostly chopped tomatoes with a hint of onions. The Caprese was delicious, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. Spaghetti Carbonara was more on the dry side and did not have the body and flavors expected. Calamari Alla Diavola was excellent. The Calamari rings were not overcooked( you could cut them with a fork) and flavorful. The Diavola sauce full of flavors and not overpowering. Rosemary`s potatoes roasted to perfection and a delicious side. Over all good food but hit or miss with the individual dishes.
